Further to the Group's preliminary announcement yesterday, 20 June 2007 (RNS No.
6671Y), which is also posted on the Company web-site, the following provides
clarification in relation to the posting of the Accounts and dividend schedule.

The Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007 will be posted to
shareholders on 25 June 2007, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting
to be held on 24 July 2007.

The dividend of 12.50p per share which is subject to Shareholder approval at the
Annual General Meeting will be paid to Shareholders on 30 July 2007. The
Companies ordinary shares go ex-dividend on 27 June 2007, whilst the Record Date
is 29 June 2007.

A copy of the Report & Accounts will be posted on the Company's web-site
www.victoria.plc.uk. Copies are also available on request from the Company
Secretary, Victoria PLC, Worcester Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10
