Victoria P.L.C - Director's Shareholding - Replacement

On 27 July 2000, the Company made a notification relating to Mrs
Anton, wife of Mr I A Anton, a director of the Company, which
stated that she had sold 20,000 Ordinary shares of Victoria plc.
That figure should actually have read 10,000 ordinary shares.
Following this sale Mr Anton's interest is 116,775 Ordinary
shares representing 1.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.

All other details remain unchanged.
