The Company announces that the Trustees of the Victoria Carpets Profit Sharing
Scheme ('the Scheme') have today sold 4,831 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company ('Shares') at 123p per share, representing approximately 0.07% of the
Company's issued ordinary shares.
Following this sale, the Trustees hold, on behalf of the Scheme, 385,466 Shares
each in the Company, representing approximately 5.55% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.
As trustees of the Scheme, the following Directors' non-beneficial shareholdings
have each been reduced by 4,831 ordinary shares and are now as follows:

The Directors' beneficial shareholdings remain unchanged.
