Mrs I A Anton has sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, as follows:

Mr I A Anton's non-beneficial holding of 90,000 ordinary shares in the Company
is unchanged and continues to represent approximately 1.30% of the Company's
issued ordinary shares.
