Victoria PLC, ('the Group' or 'Victoria') announces that Mark Lee, Group Finance
Director will be leaving the Group on 18 September 2006 to take up a similar
position with Radstone Technology PLC.

Alan Bullock, Group Managing Director, Victoria PLC said:

to the business over the last eight years.'

Victoria is in the process of appointing a suitable replacement and a further
