Victoria P.L.C - Notifiable Interest

The Company was notified today that on 20th July 2000 Mrs
Anton, wife of Mr I A Anton, a director of the Company,
sold 20,000 Ordinary shares of Victoria plc at 130p per
share.  Following this sale Mr Anton has an interest in
106,775 Ordinary shares representing 1.54 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
