Completion of Property Disposal

Victoria P.L.C. announces that completion took place today (26th April) for
the sale of the property at Green Street, Kidderminster, and the Company has
received the remainder of the £3 million disposal proceeds.

Following receipt of the proceeds from the sale, the Directors of           
Victoria P.L.C. have declared a special interim dividend of 15p per ordinary
share.  This dividend will be paid on 20 July 2000 to shareholders on the
Register at 23 June 2000.
