Further re Disposal - Condition of Sale Met

Following the Group's announcement of the conditional sale of its Green
Street, Kidderminster site to Morbaine Limited on 23 December 1998 for £3
million, confirmation has now been received that outline planning consent, a
condition of the sale, has been granted by the local authority.

A Circular to shareholders containing full details of the sale and convening a
general meeting to approve the transaction will be dispatched in conjunction
with the Interim Results towards the end of November.
