Holdings in Company
Victoria P.L.C. ('Victoria' or the 'Company') announces that it was informed
today that following the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares, the Brian Priest
Settlement Trust no longer has a notifiable interest in the shares of the
Company.
The Company was also notified today that, following the purchase of 50,000
ordinary shares on 14 October 2005, Fortress Finance Investment Inc. now holds
743,500 ordinary shares in Victoria, representing 10.7% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
