Victoria P.L.C. ('Victoria' or the 'Company') announces that it has today been
notified that Small Companies Dividend Trust PLC purchased 233,000 ordinary
shares in Victoria on 28 June 2006 and a further 67,000 ordinary shares on 29
June 2006.

Following these purchases, Small Companies Dividend Trust PLC now holds 300,000
ordinary shares in Victoria, representing approximately 4.3% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
