Purchase of Own Shares
The Company announces that it has purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 263 pence per share (the "Share Purchase"), pursuant to the authorities obtained at the Company's last annual general meeting to make market purchases up to a maximum of 17,251,562 Ordinary Shares.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, Victoria holds 11,646,794 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 113,817,873 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency.
