In light of the earlier announcement today by the Company, the Press Briefing scheduled for today, Monday 5 March 2012 at 4.00pm has been cancelled.

·   General Meeting - Tuesday 6 March

The General Meeting requisitioned by HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Limited and        Ian Alexander Anton will still take place at the Offices of Wragge & Co LLP, 55 Colmore Row Birmingham B3 2AS, tomorrow, 6 March at 2pm.
