Listing Application and Total Voting Rights

Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that it has issued and allotted 1,079,217 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to VG Corporate Trustee Limited, as the trustee of the Victorian Plumbing Group Employee Benefit Trust, in connection with the Victorian Plumbing Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") (FY22, FY23 and FY24 Awards) and Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Company has also issued and allotted 60,523 new Ordinary Shares to a participant of the DBP to satisfy a number of options that have vested pursuant to the DBP (FY22, FY23 and FY24 Awards)

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,139,737 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 9 December 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 327,474,016 with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 327,474,016 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
