            Victrex plc (the 'Company') - Director/PDMR shareholding

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure
Rule 3.1.2 and with section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the Companies
Act.

The following transactions carried out by TJ Walker, a Director of the Company,
in the Company's ordinary 1p shares took place on 8 September 2005 and were
notified to the Company on that date:

1. Exercise of share options awarded under the Victrex 1995 Employee Share
Scheme:
