on 9 February 2006 and were notified to the Company by the relevant Directors on

The share sales were made in order to fund the costs of exercising the share
options, including dealing costs, together with the Directors' tax liabilities
arising on exercise of the options. In addition 15,500 shares were sold by BV
Souder for personal reasons.
