The share sales were made in order to fund the costs of exercising the share
options, including dealing costs, together with Directors' tax liabilities
arising on exercise of the options.

A further 35,000 shares were sold by the David R. Hummel and Jane H, Hummel
Charitable Remainder Trust, of which DR Hummel is a beneficiary, in order to
fund the Trust's activities.
