from Anita Frew, non-executive Director that she carried out the following
transactions in respect of the Company's ordinary 1p shares on 1 April:

Sold 7,000 shares at 441.25p

Sold 2,184 shares at 442.5p 

Purchased 7,000 shares at 445p 

Purchased 2,184 shares at 446p


Anita Frew's holding therefore remains unchanged at 9,184 shares and represents
approximately 0.011% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
