Annual Report & Accounts 2017 and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2017. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday 14 March 2018, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

·      Annual Report & Accounts 2017

·      Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2017 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday 15 May 2018 at The Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH.
