Annual Report & Accounts 2021 and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2021. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday, 23 March 2022, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

· Annual Report & Accounts 2021

· Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

· Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2021 and the 2022 Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com .

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday, 17 May 2022 at The Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London, W1B 1QH. We hope and expect to hold the AGM in person. However, should any restrictions around COVID-19 necessitate a change in plans, we will inform shareholders by issuing an RNS announcement to the market. Please complete and submit a proxy form in accordance with instructions printed on the enclosed form. The proxy form must be received by 11.00am on Friday, 13 May 2022.
