Change to Board of Directors

Mr Philip Cushing has today been appointed a director of Vitec Group plc.

As announced on 10 March 2000, Mr Cushing will become Chief Executive on 28
April 2000 in place of Malcolm Baggott who is retiring as a director and Chief
Executive on that day.

Mr Cushing owns 5,000 shares in Vitec Group plc purchased prior to him becoming
a director.
