COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF TERADEK

Further to the announcement made on 29 August 2013, The Vitec Group plc, the international provider of products and services for the broadcast, photographic, and MAG (military, aerospace and government) markets, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Teradek, LLC.
