Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

Sale of shares by Stephen Bird

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Stephen Bird, Group Chief Executive, has sold 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 October 2017 at a price of £11.03 per share.

The sale is for personal reasons.  Stephen Bird now holds 201,031 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 27,300 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Stephen Bird and are held by Capita Trustees Limited, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.  2,000 ordinary shares of the total holding are also held by a connected person.

The resultant shareholding in the Company equates to a holding representing five times salary based upon the sale price of £11.03 and Stephen Bird's salary of £440,740.

Purchase of shares by Kath Kearney-Croft

Kath Kearney-Croft, Group Finance Director, purchased 2,700 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 October 2017 at a price of £11.03 per share.

Kath Kearney-Croft now holds 2,700 ordinary shares in the Company.
