Board Changes

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that John Hughes, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has decided to resign as a director with effect from 30 June 2013 due to personal reasons.

The Board would like to thank John for his contribution to the Company since his appointment on 11 March 2011 and offer our best wishes for the future.
