The Board of Videndum plc ("Videndum") announces that independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, Dr Erika Schraner has informed the Board of her intention not to seek re-election at Videndum's forthcoming AGM on 19 June 2024. Erika intends to pursue new opportunities as Videndum, supported by a successful equity raise, enters a new phase. The Board has started a search for a new Chair of the Audit Committee.
