NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
In conformity with the Transparency Directive The Vitec Group plc (Vitec) is required to announce to the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in shares.
Vitec received the attached notices in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules advising that, following a reduction in stake of the ownership of Delta Lloyd NV by Aviva plc, Delta Lloyd NV and its group of companies are no longer a controlled undertaking of Aviva plc. Hence, the notifiable holdings of Aviva plc and its subsidiaries and Delta Lloyd NV and its group of companies are as follows:
Aviva plc and its subsidiaries no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of Vitec.
Delta Lloyd NV and its group of companies has a notifiable interest in 5,203,744 ordinary shares of 20p each in Vitec, being 12.05% of the issued ordinary share capital of Vitec.
