The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec"), the international provider of products and services for the Broadcast and Photographic markets, is holding a presentation for institutional investors and analysts today. This will include a brief summary of Vitec's strategy and review the Group's key growth initiatives.

No update on current trading and outlook information will be provided. The Group will release a short trading update announcement on 12 May 2015, the day of the 2015 Annual General Meeting.

Vitec is a global provider of premium branded products and services to the Broadcast and Photographic markets. Vitec is listed on the London Stock Exchange with 2014 revenue of £309.6 million.

The Group is organised in two Divisions:
