Annual Report & Accounts 2014 and Notice of AGM

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2014. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday, 18 March 2015, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

·      Annual Report & Accounts 2014

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2014 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Tuesday, 12 May 2015 at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5DG.
