             Site Visit for analysts and institutional investors




As part of its ongoing investor relations programme, The Vitec Group is hosting
a visit for analysts and institutional investors on 29th October 2002. The visit
will include a tour of Anglia Studios in Norwich to see the company's products
in action, followed by a tour of its Vinten factory in Bury St Edmunds. Senior
management will be presenting at the factory tour.

At the meeting, no material new information will be disclosed.
