Total Voting Rights - REPLACEMENT

The Total Voting Rights announcement released on 3 October 2011 at 9.40am under RNS No 4004P has been amended.  Amendments are identified with an asterisk (*). The full amended text is shown below. 

In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") is required to notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, Vitec's issued capital is 43,233,335* ordinary shares of 20 pence each, each share carrying one vote. 

The above figure of 43,233,335* may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DTRs.
