On 30 May 2006, Mourant & Co Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Vitec Group
Employee Trust, purchased a total of 29,764 shares of The Vitec Group plc at an
average price of 487.84p per share (exclusive of dealing costs) in connection
with grants of share options made to employees by the Company.
