ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022

The Company today announces its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report 2022").

The Annual Report 2022 has been filed with the FCA by uploading it to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection at:
