Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (the "Company")

Re: Delisting from the Irish Stock Exchange and listing on the London Stock Exchange

The Board of the Company refers to the announcement made on 21 June 2016 which confirmed that all of the resolutions proposed at the general meeting of the Company held on 21 June 2016 had been passed by the Company's shareholders.  These resolutions included approving (i) the delisting of the Company's ordinary shares (the "Shares") from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and (ii) the application for admission of the Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities operated by the London Stock Exchange.

The Board of the Company wishes to announce that the application for admission of the Shares to the London Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange has been successful and takes effect from 5 July 2016.

The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to remove the Shares from the Official List and to terminate the admission to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from close of business on 4 July 2016.
