Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 31 July 2012, it purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.065 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 54,217,112 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 365,000 Treasury Shares.
