Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 13 May 2013, it purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.2232 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 53,795,792 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 1,041,000 Treasury Shares.
