Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 22 August 2013, it purchased 65,601 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.3425 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 52,219,810 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 2,616,982 Treasury Shares.
