Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 18 September 2013, it purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 1.2575 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 51,340,260 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 3,496,532 Treasury Shares.
