Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that, on 27 December 2012, it purchased

75,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$0.915 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. Following the purchase, VNH will have 53,774,042 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 841,000 Treasury Shares.
