Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 25 March 2013, it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.23 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 53,674,042 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 941,000 Treasury Shares.
