Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 22 May 2014, it purchased 38,445 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ for 1.4250 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 62,983,743 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,553,497 Treasury Shares.
