Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 23 June 2014, it purchased 38,732 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.47 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 62,804,101 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,733,139 Treasury Shares.
