Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 24 June 2014, it purchased 41,200 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.47 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 62,762,901 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,774,339 Treasury Shares.
