Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 26 June 2014, it purchased 40,876 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.47 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 62,722,025 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,815,215 Treasury Shares.
