Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 30 October 2014, it purchased 181,141 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.69 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 60,775,534 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 6,761,706 Treasury Shares.
