Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 28 April 2016, it purchased 92,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.01 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 56,094,051 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 10,528,023 Treasury Shares.
