Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 29 July 2016, it purchased 109,500 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.22 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 54,745,447 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 10,202,022 Treasury Shares.
