Correction - Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VNH announces that it has become aware of an error relating to the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue (the "Ordinary Shares") and the number of Treasury Shares used in the announcement made on 04 January 2016 regarding Acquisition of Treasury Shares (the "Announcement"). The previously used and the correct number of Ordinary Shares vs Treasury Shares are set out below:

"Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 31 December 2015, it purchased 68,296 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.89 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 57,370,334 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,389,405 Treasury Shares."
