The Company was notified on 23 November 2020 that Sean Hurst, Non-executive Director, participated in the tender offer, tendering 2,282 ordinary shares of $1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). His resultant holding is 3,218 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.

Further, the Company was also notified on 23 November 2020 that Craig Martin, Chairman of Dynam Capital, Ltd (the Investment Manager appointed by the Company), participated in the tender offer, tendering 18,437 Ordinary Shares. His resultant holding is 81,563 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the issued share capital.
