VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 13 March 2017, it was notified that the number of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of US$1.998 per Ordinary Share ("Warrants") held by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited (and/or acting for its affiliates) ("AAML") (through investment funds and client accounts under management), represented less than 3% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and less than 3% of the total number of Warrants in issue, respectively, as of 13 March 2017.
