VIETNAM HOLDING LIMITED
Intention to list on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
VietNam Holding Limited, (AIM: VNH), is pleased to announce its intention to
list on the Entry Standard Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to complement
its existing listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. VNH is an
investment company whose objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation
by investing in a diversified portfolio of companies either in Vietnam or with a
significant portion of their assets or operations in Vietnam.
The trading of the Company's shares in Frankfurt is expected to commence within
the next one to two months.
Min-Hwa Hu Kupfer, Chairperson of the Company, commented:
'VNH is an international investment fund and via a listing on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange we will achieve access to a wider pan-European investor base in
line with our strategy to increase visibility among the global investment
community in a changing global environment. The Company plans to introduce
itself to European investors through a road show in Germany over the next three
days.'
