VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company") 

Issue of Equity

VNH announces, following the exercise of 35,927 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$1.998 per new ordinary share, that it has today issued 35,927 new ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 16 June 2016. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 55,171,838 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) and 11,190,782 shares held in treasury.
